1.RETURNS- You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. RETURNS PROCESS- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clearly state the reason for your return and provide any relevant details.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3.SHIPPING YOUR RETURN- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. REFUNDS- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
5.EXCHANGES- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchange are limited to one exchange cycle only. Extra amount for shipping and handling may be charged from the Customers.
6.SALE ITEMS- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective.
7. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
